What is Birthday Book Club?

The Birthday Book Club allows you to select a brand new book for your child’s birthday.  The book will then be placed in the library for all to enjoy for years to come.  Your child will be presented with the book and will be the first person to check it out of our library.  A special label will be placed inside of the book.  You will also find a Birthday Book Club display in our library with your child’s picture.  At the end of the year, all Birthday Book Club members are invited to join us in the TMA garden for a popsicle party!

How do I select the book?

On or near your child’s birthday, Mrs. de Fries will have your child select a book from the Birthday Book Club shelf.  The cost is $20.00 per book.  Make checks payable to TMA PTO (Birthday Book Club in the memo) or pay here.

Do I get to keep the book?

The book becomes part of the library’s collection.  It is a gift to the library in honor of your child’s birthday.
